The L’ILLA DIGONAL Shopping Centre deals with the identification data provided by the parents/guardians or representatives with the aim of managing the children’s club, as well as to keep the incumbents informed about the activities carried out by the Shopping Centre. These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the network in the Wi-Fi coverage, owned by the ASOCIACIÓN COMUNIDAD CC L’ILLA DIGONAL (hereinafter, CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL), with address at ASOCIACIÓN COMUNIDAD C.C. L’ILLADIGONAL (hereinafter, L’ILLA DIGONAL), with CIF G-41.903.667 and registered office at Avda.Diagonal 557, Barcelona.
These Terms apply in particular to the use of wireless Internet services (from Wi-Fi compliance: wireless fidelity standard) in the coverage areas of the Wi-Fi zone of the SHOPPING CENTRE L’ILLA DIGONAL.
The Wi-Fi Zone of the Shopping Centre CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL does not compromise with any guarantee whatsoever regarding the availability and functionality of this free service. By using the free Wi-Fi service, the user recognizes that the Association of Merchants of the Shopping Centre CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL is not responsible for the security and integrity of the data or the security of the systems of the users. The usersare responsible for the security of their systems and the use of technology coding when they use their email. Also, the user is responsible for the use of a correct configuration and parameters in its own equipment. The Association of Merchants of the CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL reserves the right to withdraw the Wi-Fi service in its entirety, modify its conditions or technology, or make the service to be paid without notification.
The Wi-Fi Zone network of the L’ILLA DIGONAL SHOPPING CENTRE is only available for customers of the Shopping Centre.
The username and passwords provided to the user remain the property of the CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL. The users must not provide their username or the passwords to third parties, and inform the Shopping Centre CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL immediately if they notice an improper use of the passwords or username by third parties. The user remains responsible for any use of the Wi-Fi Zone network of the CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL with the username and password, even if this Use is not authorized or is done without the user’s knowledge. The user is not allowed to share or that more than one person makes use of the username and password for the coverage areas of the Wi-Fi Zone of the L’ILLA DIGONAL SHOPPING CENTRE.
The information provided by the user will not be provided to third parties unless the user grants an explicit written permission for such transfer of information. The CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL reserves the right to supervise the use of its network to avoid abuses.
The user must, when using the Wi-Fi Zone network of the SHOPPING CENTRE L’ILLA DIGONAL, the website, and related services, refrain from doing the following:
- distribute or facilitate spam;
- hacking or otherwise disrupting the functionality of Web sites and services;
- infringe the rights of third parties;
- violate the privacy of other users;
- publish or distribute discriminatory or pornographic content;
- perform (or incite others to perform) any criminal activity or any other activity contrary to public order or decency.
The CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIAGONAL reserves the right to modify, limit or suspend the Wi-Fi Zone network, totally or partially.
In case of any infringement, the user will be solely responsible for the legal procedures that may occur as a result of any breach of the current law. Therefore, all expenses generated by these procedures will be borne by the user.
The user must act, when using the Wi-Fi Zone network of the CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLADIGONAL, according to the following instructions:
- The user must act in accordance with the principles of Internet use generally accepted;
- The user must not hinder or damage the computer systems of the Wi-Fi Zone of the CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL or of other users of the network or of other Wi-Fi networks existing in the Shopping Centre.
- The user must not use the Wi-Fi Zone network for distribution (in any manner) of racist or discriminatory material, or of material contrary in another way to public order or decency.
- The user must not use the Wi-Fi Zone network to infringe rights of third parties.
- The user must not overload the Wi-Fi Zone network with unusual dense data traffic (spam included), as determined by the CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLADIGONAL in its sole discretion.
- The user must not put the Wi-Fi Zone network of the CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLADIGONAL, whether through payment or not, available to third parties without prior written permission by the CENTRO COMERCIAL L’ILLA DIGONAL.
In accordance with the data protection legislation, personal data will be used to provide the Wi-Fi service, as well as to send information of interest of the Shopping Centre. In addition, in the event that the owner of the data was a minor of 14 years, we inform you that the legal representative will be whoauthorize the treatment of said data.
